Lead Like Jesus Facilitators are on the frontline of sharing the hope and transformation of Jesus with the world. Through the Encounter Leadership Development Experience, you will be challenged and inspired in your personal leadership, and you will be introduced to the core message and teachings of Lead Like Jesus.

Individuals who are working in faith-based organizations or faith-led businesses and have a ready-made audience for facilitating Lead Like Jesus Leadership Encounters may qualify to be trained as a facilitator.

• Have a ready-made audience to lead Encounters within your organization/ministry.
• Complete an Encounter Facilitator Application
• Register for The Encounter Facilitator Certification.

What is the process to become an Encounter Facilitator?

• Complete the Facilitator Application
• Review Facilitator Policy Manual
• Review and sign Facilitator Covenant
• Register and attend the Facilitator Certification training
• Become a fully certified Encounter Facilitator upon completing the above steps.

Where do I attend Encounter Facilitator Certification Training? 

Encounter Facilitator Certification is currently offered virtually and onsite.  The Encounter Facilitator Training includes workshop attendance and an additional session devoted to facilitation practice, overview of workshop flow and facilitation tips.

To prepare and equip individuals to facilitate the Encounter within their organization and spheres of influence.
