The Heart of a Leader workshop was designed for leaders who desire to build a culture based on trust, infused with a purpose larger than the bottom line. The workshop will focus on the WHY of building such a culture, and will be filled with practical steps on WHAT needs to be done and HOW to implement lasting change.
Nearly every tactical problem can be traced to leaders’ heart issues: weak character, fear, pride, not being able to distinguish right from wrong, or misplaced priorities. Therefore, the heart of a leader must be transformed before lasting personal and organizational change can take place.
This workshop establishes a foundation for an organizational culture change that’s driven by heart changes in leaders . It helps leaders at all levels develop stronger one-on-one and team relationships and drive long-term cultural transformation.
When Your Heart Changes, Everything Changes
Doug Erickson chose to lead like Jesus at home and his marriage was restored.
Otis McAllister chose to lead like Jesus by forgiving his brother's murderer and found freedom and peace.
The Heart workshop will help you:
When we are free from pride and fear, when we are free to accept criticism and admit our mistakes, when we are strong enough to overlook offenses and forgive the mistakes and errors of others, we can lead those around us to reach their full potential.
How is the workshop structured?
The Workshop has four sections:
Personal
Leadership:

One-on-One

The workshop is facilitated in a way to maximize group discovery and peer-to-peer learning. It taps into real-life case studies and is based on the leadership style that Jesus modeled while growing, developing, empowering and releasing His disciples to carry on His Father’s mission.
